My role is much more than just a normal sales executive. I am heavily involved in the procuring of used LCV stock from various sources. Responsible for the ordering of new vehicle stock for the current and following quarter. Generally overseeing all LCV stock and ensuring smooth running of the department. My role also includes me preparing stock for site including pictures and listings on various mediums for sale. I am solely responsible for maintaining the LCV section of the website, autotrader account and trade sites/lists. I deal with the price points for new and used commercial vehicle looking at various ways to maximise sales and profit per unit. I am conscience of stocking days and adhering to company stocking policies. With extensive product knowledge, understanding of various finance routes, excellent rapport building skills and the ability to work well under pressure I follow the sales procedure from start to finish and have demonstrated proven sales success. The customer is professionally qualified and a suitable product is offered. Finance applications taken and add on products are sold. Handover process is complete and follow ups are made. My role sees me dealing with individuals and businesses with up to 25 units so I have the ability to adapt to different customers and situations. I am comfortable in the showroom environment but also going out and seeking new business. I am an ambitious, driven and extremely hard working individual that is goal orientated and customer focused. I am extremely proud of my current and continuing success at Thurlow Nunn.
