This position requires the need to balance several roles at the same time. This includes but isn’t limited to HR, Sales, Management/Leadership and Recruitment. Collaborating with a motivated driven team in the office helps with the essential component of our business, increased revenue and growth. My day to day success is driven by sourcing and recruiting candidates, then finding placements for them by establishing and maintaining partnerships with local clients. Weekly sales activity includes a mixture of communication methods such as cold calling, door to door prospecting, emailing, and social media connections.

Responsible for keeping current customers and dealing with any issues they may have, including service issues, upgrading equipment, and adding solutions.Provide high levels of customer service and build relationships with existing clients.Seeking out new business and new clients to increase my client base.Work with companies on ways in which to create new practices and evolve the processes within their business. Everything from new types of printers to business solutions to improve the way in which they operate.Create appointments and travel to customer’s location to discover any new needs or difficulties they may be experiencing in an ever changing business environment.Develop a cold calling strategy to efficiently reach out and target a large number of businesses in a defined territory.Present customers with prospective products and solutions to develop new practices and standards for their business.Research prospective and current clients, their business practices and ambitions. Work with this research to find the best product and solutions to work with their current practices and processes to enhance their business.

At this position, I was responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of both the branch and the customer experience. I was responsible for sales, customer service, and handling customer disputes. It was my responsibility to make sure my customers always left completely satisfied. Within the branch, I was responsible for handling various accounting tasks as well as inventory management. I also had the responsibility of training the new employees to get them to a succeed as quickly as possible.
