Following integration of Essroc Cement Corp into Lehigh Hanson, with the acquisition of Italcementi by Heidelberg Cement, joined the Lehigh Hanson team as Director Labor Relations for North America, reporting to Sr. Vice President Human Resources. Position is responsible for oversight of all labor relations activity across the United States and Canada, through a team of Labor Relations Managers and directly. Lehigh Hanson has over 9000 employees in North America with approximately 140 collective bargaining agreements. Labor Relations team is responsible for all labor agreement negotiations, grievance administration and arbitration, and maintaining labor relations objectives of Lehigh Hanson.

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at the North American division of a multi-national industrial company. The main product is Portland Cement, which is produced through a technical and capital intense chemical process requiring the skills of highly trained Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical engineers. Operations in North America include United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Responsibilties involve the management of Organizational Development, Benefits and Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations, Staffing and Training, Cost Management, Compliance, and as a strategic member of the Company's Management Committee..
