About Craig Broadman

Hi I'm Craig Broadman:- Director of R&D DevOps at iPipeline in Cheltenham- Software Developer- Mentor and Coach - Leader- Intrapreneur I like to surround myself with positive people who are open to change and incremental improvement and have a reputation for thinking innovatively. One of my proudest and pivotal achievements from a career standpoint came back in 2018 when after reading a book called The Lean Startup I arranged and facilitated a book club at iPipeline, inspiring 19 people representing most departments at the Cheltenham office to read the book chapter by chapter, week by week, using what we'd learned from each chapter to help shape cultural and organisational change. This has led me to being known for experimentation, metrics and hypotheses. I have presented the topic at local conferences and I believe it has given me the confidence to grow in to a leadership role and try new things. I pride myself on having a balanced mix of both soft and technical skills and I believe this has allowed me to succeed above others in a development / leadership roles.Outside of work I have a passion for sport, I play football and coach an u9's football team, holding the FA Level 1 coaching badge. Anything that has a competitive edge really motivates me, I like to challenge myself and my peers to improve and I thrive on "making a positive difference".
