-Operate a variety of equipment-Follow standards and safety procedures -Day-to-day operations as well as general maintenance and repair of municipal facilities including maintenance of pools, parks, ice surface, operating ice resurfacing equipment, inspection, and logging of refrigeration plant-Maintain good relations and exceptional customer service with all internal and external customers-Provide conflict resolution

-Research and plan to call on potential sales opportunities to meet yearly sales quotas – overall territory growth of 23% in 3 years.-Build lasting relationships with customers through semi annual visits and frequent interaction while in the office-Receive and process orders while referring to price lists and discount structures.-Support, evolve and collaborate on sales process best practices including CRM, lead and campaign follow-up, new prospect engagement, and partnering with assigned CSR to optimize territory achievement.

-Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.-Coordinate brand licensing for major sports organizations.
