Delivery of building service projects, including procurement, labour allocation, planning, financial management, project management and commissioning/demonstration through to resolution of final account.Current role has focussed upon residential biased projects, predominantly within the London area.

Responsible for a number of building services projects, providing support to the project engineers in the procurement, management and delivery of M&E projects through to final account. Projects included theatres, education, health centres / swimming pools, prisons, motor vehicle test facilities and residential.
