Working within our Business Advisory Group I am responsible for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries including law firms, publishing, marketing & PR and property, however, a large proportion operate within the technology sector.As a member of the Technology & Life Sciences sector group within the firm, I have a strong interest in this area being an active gamer as well as holding a general interest in all things tech.My role is varied, ranging from managing the provision of stat accounts, management accounts, VAT return, bookkeeping and audit services for existing clients through to involvement in the tender process for new clients.

As part of the Business Advisory Group my role is split between accounts preparation, audit and general advisory work.I am involved in the planning through to completion stages of an engagement, including the production of financial statements and management reports, including recommendations for the Board.Other elements include the production of monthly/quarterly management accounts, review and preparation of VAT returns and the provision of general accounting advice and technical guidance to clients.Industry / client experience varies from start-ups through to established businesses in the technology, legal and manufacturing sectors.
