•Created the customer Interface Control Document which included the installation procedure of the TPM sensor onto the wheel, the procedure on how to handle the sensor when changing the tire, and the environmental limits of the sensor•Assisted and developed specifications and designs for the next generation RAS sensor using lessons learned, customer requirements, and voice of the customer •Collaborated in the development of the prototype tooling and process to completely over mold a pcb assembly•Key member of team handling the development of a Design of Experiment that optimized a molding process to minimize voids•Experience with Design of Experiments using Taguchi’s Orthogonal Array method to determine significant factors•Performed a full factorial Design of Experiment using the significant factors from a screening Design of Experiment

•Developed multiple Remote Accelerometer Sensor (RAS) housing and cover designs that were manufactured both in the US and in Europe using PBT and Nylon material. The designs included compliant pins and bushing inserts•Interfaced extensively with molding suppliers in Europe and the US. Some experience with working with Asian molding suppliers•Implemented and coordinated design for manufacturing changes with TRW manufacturing, molding suppliers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers•Traveled to China, Germany, Austria and the US to assess and audit various molding suppliers production capability including automation for remote accelerometer sensors•Developed Die Cast Aluminum housings and stamped bracket for Airbag Control Units (ACU)
