Additional benefit ¼ of the facility became empty and two additional automotive lines were installed to support Chrysler.Lead a cross functional team between Motorola and Honda of America. Organized an Employment Involvement Team in order to prevent the unionization of 2,500 employees. The members were success in stopping the Union attempt as well as contribute two ideas for process changes resulting in $574,000 in waste elimination annually.

As a Production Supervisor assisted in implementing the use of Statistical Process Controls, X bar and R charts. Control charts were used to quantify the variation and lead to process improvement. Effective Root Cause Analysis was then possible along with the resulting variation reduction. Downtime caused to quality holds became rare versus the norm. Additionally, the plant’s corn products Corporate Quality and Cost ranking increased significantly. Final Project while serving as the Master Production Scheduler was a $10 million packaging equipment upgrade. Twenty-five packaging machines were upgraded with newer technology so as to reduce the variation of product packaged. All equipment installed without experiencing any loss of production.
