Sought out to provide commercial leadership, pricing for profitability and negotiations expertise in line with Accenture’s best practices across the region.Actively engaged with the Accenture Negotiations Centre of Excellence, as a faculty member for training and guidance on negotiations strategy for deal teams across EALA.Provided expert guidance on negotiations, competitive pricing strategies and process improvements to client account teams resulting in profitability improvements of approximately $15M per annum.Lead key client facing negotiations within the UK/I practice which have generated over $140M in revenues over the last four years.Direct management of all Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) for approval, these accounts for 75% of the annual revenues of the Resources EALA business.Developed key performance indicators, reporting architecture and commercial compliance against corporate targets for diverse set of Senior Partner stakeholders across seven different regions to assist fact based decision making.Risk assessment review and approval recommendations to the Business Leadership team for approximately $500M of revenue annually, as a result of re-negotiations or new client negotiations.Developed best practice tools and processes across the region to assist with competitive pricing and profitability. These have since been adopted in other Operating Units across the Firm. Recognised as a functional subject matter expert in this area.

Programme Control Services Global Capability consists of approximately 3,000 full time resources providing a leading edge specialist Programme Management Office (PMO) services to Accenture engagements generating $2bn of revenues across the globe. The primary locations are India, Philippines, UK, Americas and Eastern Europe. Defined and managed the target operating model for Global PMO organisationDelivered strategic direction, oversight and consistent governance to geographic Operational Leads in line with the common operating model.Delivered the development of a cohesive network of PCS entities ensuring a seamless PMO service provision leveraging both Onshore and Offshore capabilities.Managed the global PCS capability assessment leading to People CMMi accreditation.Accreditation of key PCS locations in Germany, Holland, Latin America and Bratislava as the lead SME.Delivered the definition and creation of a globally consistent shared service catalogue, which is the basis for how PMO services are delivered by the PCS capability globally.

Programme Control Services is the dedicated service group within Accenture for the delivery of professional PMO services to some of the largest system integration engagements that Accenture operates within UK/I.Directly led the group over an eight year period since 2004 and in that time doubled the headcount to more than fifty resources to meet increasing demand from the business, though day to day operational management is done by the team that I have developed and put in place.Direct responsibility for ensuring both target chargeability of the group and recoverability through proactive demand generation. This group generates approximately $12m in revenues annually.Responsible for the creation and successful implementation of Accenture’s first shared service capability providing planning, tracking and reporting. This capability now supports approximately thirty five engagements in the UK and approximately four thousand users and has been adopted as a Firm wide standard for the delivery of these services.During this 8 year tenure, responsible for building the PCS Global Community of Practice which is the key forum for the sharing of internal and industry best practices in PMO across the organisation.Whilst leading the group also recognised as a key practitioner and subject matter expert.
