Zero incidents were recorded.• Project Manager for Castle College, Sheffield, managing 25 operatives and supervisors to deliver a project to a tight deadline and budget of £250,000.• Implemented training plans, objective setting and encouraged individual accountability through defining roles and responsibilities where none previously existed.• Within twelve months of joining Eurosafe UK, Craig was promoted from Asbestos Consultant to Head of Asbestos and within six months of joining Shield Craig was promoted to Technical Director and promoted to a Statuary Board Director.• At Shield Environmental Services was promoted to a statutory board director position within 6 months, as Technical Director then expanding duties to cover both H&S Director role and Technical role. • During role at Shield, maintained 3 years’ licence to work with asbestos and various accreditations, developed an excellent H&S culture with zero prohibitions and delivered to RoSPA gold standard.• Became a Board Director of UKATA in 2017.
