Responsible for leading a number of projects including- Consolidation of Cemetery Management Systems across two sites- Rollout of replacement VOIP phone system- Initiation of digitisation project for historical documentation

Lead the inhouse data migration team (team of 9+) embedded within the SMS program and which was responsible for the introduction of a new Customer Management System (Release 2) and Student Management System (Release 3) for TAFE NSW supporting over 500K active students and 50K staff.

Lead role in the engagement of clients for numerous platform and software development projects covering a wide variety of applications from data analytics to website development. Clients included Nielsen, Dulux and Westpac.

Responsible for the architectural review and documentation of an in-house developed product pricing solution. Review led to a number of key recommendations which are in the process of being implemented.

In charge of a team of Solution Designers & Developers (15+) across Singapore and Australia, working collaboratively with the vendor to deliver a strategy to support the successful data migration of over 10 million customers from legacy platforms to new as part of the Spring transformation program. Responsible for the implementation of an E2E solution to support the MyPlan+ consumer mobile offering. Role spanned its entire duration, including requirement definition, cost estimation, vendor appraisal and selection (RFI/RFP), design, development through multiple onshore/offshore teams, testing and deployment.

Responsible for developing and presenting IT solutions that deliver client outcomes in terms of increased capabilities, lower costs and mitigation of risk.

Responsible for developing and communicating the reporting and data migration strategy/design for the Comverse transformation program.

Accountable for all development, operation and support of the main billing platforms and ancillary systems operated by People Telecom – Billing in excess of 50K customer and revenue of $80M per annum.

Responsible for translation of high-level client requirements into functional and operational design specifications for a number of projects including the LAR data migration project.

Accountable for the successful implementation of new customers for the in-house developed Selcomm customer care, billing and provisioning system. (40+ Clients)

Involved in a number of project initiatives including the Xbox 2001 European release. Key accountability was to manage the definition and tracking of project requirements, scope and schedule within agreed timeframes and budgets.
