I oversee purchasing / procurement and all imports with a supply chain far and wide spanning 15 countries and 4 continents. My aim is to continue to provide the business products and materials to industry requirements maintaining specification and quality but also treating the businesses money like my own. With my thorough approach, dogged attitude and meticulous outlook I continue to reduce costs.

After my time working in the Netherlands, I continued to work for the company in a home based role. I was responsible for all aspects of the customer portfolio for the UK as well as some accounts in Croatia and Slovenia. After the closure of the Durham site and all operations moving to our sister company, I was offered a position in Holland to oversee the transition of the business. I assisted my Dutch colleagues in a supply chain function and provided support for 4 months. This was pivotal in making the move overseas a success and I thoroughly enjoyed the challenging and diverse experience of working abroad.

I was responsible for the efficient and cost effective planning of up to 60 million units a week. In addition to this I was accountable for the work in our print department which consisted of 5-10 million units for the dairy industry per week. With customer fines imposed for late deliveries, it was a high pressured position where there was no room for error.
