-Process and fulfill e-commerce sales, returns and refunds.-Assist customers with product inquiries via phone, email or face to face.-Conduct sales analysis to determine areas of potential growth and eliminate underperforming products.-Provide individualized attention to meet client specific needs related to gate cycle, injury history, activity usage and goals.-Utilize advanced sizing equipment to ensure customers are matched with ideal athletic footwear.-Work with buyers and reps to build events such as, group runs, demonstration runs, track workouts and community appreciation events, that engage customers and in return drive sales.-Monitor daily inventory transfers to and from all five store locations.-Facilitate partnerships with outside companies, vendors and charities.-Build the running community and culture in my region of Columbus.
