Since 2001, I have been helping clients build, protect and distribute their money with an emphasis on keeping more for themselves and sending less to Uncle Sam (in the way of unnecessary taxes). Growing up in the DC Metro Area, I surrounded myself with extensive knowledge of federal benefits as well as the ever-changing insurance and securities marketplaces. My goal is to help families in all areas of their financial lives, with a strong emphasis on education funding and retirement income planning. By utilizing the latest tax and educational laws, I help drive down the cost of education and taxes, while increasing cash flow and money set aside for retirement. When these areas align themselves properly, the results are: more money, more time and above all, more fun! I have served or am serving on the following non-profit boards: By Their Side – whose mission is to help developmentally disabled and intellectually challenged adults and their families with the difficulties in transitioning the role of a caregiver. Longevity is all around us. It is better to plan for it and not need it than to need it and have never planned for it.Good Scouting Program – whose mission is to increase awareness and raise funding for Scouts in the Baltimore Area Council. Scouting is one area that I never personally was able to participate in while growing up. As I exited college, I became fascinated with camping and was always jealous when someone would know how to tie a whole bunch of knots. When I put these two things together, I wanted Scouting to be a part of their lives. What I never thought I would learn is how Scouting has had a profound impact on many areas of not just their lives, but mine as well. While on this board I wanted to make sure that Scouting would be around for my boys and not have to be "86'd" from their lives due to budget cuts.Don't Be A Bully - a local 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue whose mission is to save all types of breeds of puppies and adult dogs alike. We help rescue these dogs from high kill shelters in the deep south (mostly rural parts of Texas).South Carroll Business Association – whose mission is to increase local business opportunities (B2B) and raise funds to provide college scholarships for local Carroll County students looking to pursue a degree in business, finance or entrepreneurship. My sons and I love camping, building a roaring fire in the backyard fire pit, learning golf, playing Alexa music roulette with 80s & 90s songs, hanging around many baseball fields and we are very active in Boy Scouts. Go Ravens!!
