Advocate for the demonstrable benefits of embedding blended Lean and project management methodologies in the pursuit of Continuous / Business Improvement.Supporting / leading staff and teams on a variety of directorate, school and pan organisational projects underpinned by a continuous improvement approach.Facilitation of lean improvement workshops, training staff in lean and project management methodology and identifying opportunities for improvement via business analysis techniques. This role provides an opportunity to blend my previous Internal Audit, Senior Continuous Improvement Officer and Project Manager roles in a diverse and rewarding higher education environment.

• Researched, developed, & project managed a £2.67m ‘new funding’, project to digitally channel shift Aberdeenshire Councils approach to service delivery culminating in:• The implementation of a range of online accessible services including benefits assessments, cashless parking, online school meals ordering & payments.• A project extension to focus on cashable efficiencies with a number of additional business cases developed projecting a forecast £400,000 to be returned to reserves alongside annual recurring efficiencies estimated at over £300,000.• Publication of a national report researching approaches, trends, areas of interest, & opportunities in the digital service delivery arena across the twenty-five participating Scottish councils consulted.
