I started my career at 18 in the Tool Hire industry, as a driver for Jewson Hire Point, quickly moving into a Hire Controller role within 2 years. By the age of 21 I was a depot manager of Speedy Hire, overseeing the operations of a successful and profitable branch for 2 years. I then joined Brandon Hire as an assistant manager in the same town.From there the depot manager and myself planned on establishing our own independent Tool Hire business in the town, and this is where we formed Tavistock Hire Centre, in April 2007. 15 years later we now operate out of our very own purpose built Hire Centre, located in a prime location within the town. We are proud to have established ourselves as the towns only tool and plant hire depot, and a leading provider of equipment hire throughout the South West.
