I am a pro-active, Health and Well-being Adviser and coach, with a passion to help people improve their lives. I have combined years of experience in coaching high-performance athletes, my education, and corporate health and well-being, to deliver a service that is second-to-none. My role now involves the development, implementation, and delivery of occupational health and wellbeing services that I believe are unparalleled. My ethos is to practice what we preach and ensure that not only are our clients provided with a seamless and efficient service, but also to ensure our employees are provided with stress free working environments. Throughout my career, I have developed great rapport with clients and colleagues alike, and I see this as a massively important trait to have in all aspects of business, training and performance.I spent a number of years with the NHS within a general practice setting. My work involved 1-2-1 coaching and group presentations with patients with long term health conditions. My work predominantly helped patients manage or reverse diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, and manage low levels of mental health. My roles and responsibilities have included the delivery of corporate screening solutions and providing a variety of clinical services. I also worked closely with IT and Marketing departments to help specify requirements, provide engaging content and test new features for our innovative health and well-being app with relative, specific and humanistic approaches in helping you to improve your life. My background is in endurance sports, I am an active GB triathlete with no fewer than 10 representations from around the world. I am the founder of award-winning Humber Triathletes and Events LTD, and I have personally won coach of the year in both 2015, 2018 and 2019. I am also head coach/director of Coach Craig LTD which is triathlon and endurance sport coaching platform for athletes all around the world. Some of my athletes have achieved elite status, reached GB qualification, reached Ironman World championships, and all of them have exceeded their own goals.
