I am an experienced Operations/Sales Manager with experience across a vast array of call types. After 20 years in the contact centre industry I have built a wealth of experience in both inbound and outbound sales roles as well as customer care. This experience comes in both Outsource and Insource contact centres as well as working with established team and building new teams from the ground.A keen sports person with a competitive edge I love to coach my daughters football team whilst stay playing occasionally myself. Also loving a challenge I have recently taken up Golf to continue to keep my competitive and learning desires sharp.Spending family time is important to me and forms a large part of my feelings in the workspace, building a "workplace family" and ensuring that work isn't just somewhere you go but is somewhere you enjoy being and a place that provides all the support you need.
