My role at Chartered Accountants Australia and Zealand is to lead member engagement and consultation and in turn, deliver member outcomes and value every day. This happens in many ways and may include: (1) helping members to access and source the best CA talent whilst delivering personalised service and support; (2) providing differentiated education, professional development, and networking events as tangible opportunities to grow CA talent, and;(3) positioning members for growth through representing our profession and delivering thought leadership expertise.(4) supporting our members to make a difference in our community (5) member benefits, new business development and learning partners (6) leading crucial member engagement through CA communities, DEI, governance in the form of 19+ governance groups, advisory committees, boards, councils, and member panelsMy iwi affiliations are Ngati Ruanui and Tangahoe no te rohi o Taranaki. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, tackling the age old fitness challenge, and pursuing my interests in music and sport. I have a passion for community sport and volunteer my time towards coaching, refereeing, selection, mentoring, governance, and administration, with a particular focus on youth, diversity, equity, inclusion, health and wellbeing.
