Directed the transition of the Uniform CPA Examination from a twice-a-year paper test to a multi-stage computer adaptive test available throughout the year. Directed the introduction of complex performance assessments, novel item formats, automated test assembly, multi-stage adaptive testing, and other innovations to the Exam. Consistently met or exceeded budgeted margins and recovered CBT transition expenses three years ahead of schedule. Effective liaison with the Board of Examiners, the volunteer policy board overseeing the Exam. Developed excellent relationships with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and staff and board members of individual state boards of accountancy. Initiated international administration of the Exam in 2011. Negotiated Memorandum of Understanding with the national accountancy regulatory agency of Brazil. Also served as Vice President, CPE 2010-2012. Oversaw the consolidation of CPE from three locations to one. Managed the introduction of modern, online self-study products.
