Neurodiagnostic Lab Supervisor is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of tne Neurodiagnostic Lab. As a Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (NCS) I perform testing on patients that will yield information about electrical conduction of motor and sensory nerves in the human body. Essential Job Functions:-Ensure that the laboratory and site adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.-Perform NCS testing on patients, and prepare them for EMG testing. -Work a full schedule with patients.-Manage the staff schedule and staff call-ins.-Order medical supplies for the practice.-Assign and make adjustments to the work load to ensure the most efficient use of staff.-Clean EMG rooms daily and between patients and log.-Track the number of patients that are tested each day as well as patient cancellations and patient no-shows each day.

Duties included: Rooming patients, check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respitory rate), ask questions about symptoms that brought them in to see the neurologist, phlebotomy.
