• Maintain the accuracy of the information in the Transaction Review and Central Engine (TRACE).• Responsible for trouble shooting and supporting new applications for the trade team.• Work with team to onboard new clients to the Eagle Accounting system.• Help build new automation and maintain prior automation in our Data Automation Platform (Xceptor).• Work with team for testing upgrades to the accounting system (Eagle).• Maintain prior automation in the reconciliation application (GRX) and verfy the accuracy of all security types.• Support BAU staff throughout the day.

• Maintain client relationships by providing updated adhoc reports for month end reporting.• Work with clients in the planning and organizing new account and fund setups.• Work with programmers for the business end in order to automate several reconciliationsand create macros for straight through processing.• Responsible for overseeing all trading activity (Equity, Fixed Income, and International) and security master setups for several clients which includes 27 different trading desks.• Responsible for trouble shooting problems with trade issues and price issues.• Responsible for overseeing the daily unit value transmissions to Lincoln Financial for over 80,000 variable annuity products ($127 billion). This process includes pricing, trade processing, expense accruals and the posting of other activities related to the unit value process.
