Thanks for viewing my profile. I first started working with CEO Jaynie L Smith at Smart Advantage in 2005. I authored the first Smart Advantage Leader’s Manual and our Guide to Deliverables. I designed and oversaw client market research projects. In addition, I trained other Smart Advantage consultants to deliver our process. I have worked with companies in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, consumer packaged goods, retail, non-profits, and construction. I have also:• Presented over 150 Competitive Advantage Workshops worldwide, from startups to Fortune 100 companies• Analyzed more than a million lines of data to validate competitive advantages• Designed market research instruments and interpreted results as the basis for operational focus and sales and marketing messaging.• Consulted nationally and internationally for over 40 years I now advise our other consultants and assist them in conducting client workshops, designing customer market research, and analyzing research results. I also advise clients on the operational improvements necessary to maintain their competitive advantages, on strategies to communicate them, and on the rationalization of their marketing and sales messaging. Currently I help clients to define the performance standards they need to maintain their differentiators, and turn those performance standards into trackable Key Performance Indicators.
