I was involved in the opening of the Global Flagship Microsoft Store in Oxford Circus, helping to oversee the onboarding of 100 staff. The key aim of my role is to ensure that each interaction delivers a fantastic customer experience for those visiting the Microsoft Experience Store.I lead engaging stand ups, both in person and virtually, to audiences over 100 including internal and external stakeholders.I completed a 9 month 'Career Experience' as Store Manager which gave me an excellent opportunity to strengthen my strategic planning skills and collaborate across the organisation, learning how the wider functions of the Experience Centre, such as the offers from Community and SMB, contribute to the wider organisational objectives of Microsoft. During COVID-19 I have been involved in projects which have involved coordinating with teams from across the Microsoft organisation in areas such as Tech for Social Impact, SMB and Consumer. I led virtual teams working in each of these areas, and also had experience working alongside Direct Sales and Training teams. In each role I had a focus on maximising the customer experience, delivering impactful engagements and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities included; complaints handling, annual audit, warehouse operations, auditing, recruitment, appraisal and performance management.- I am responsible for implementing training on aspects including procedure and policy across the store, warehouse operations, auditing, recruitment, appraisal and performance management. - I liaise with Assistant Managers across the various departments in order to share best practices and ensure all areas are performing to an excellent standard, and spotting opportunities for development. - I monitor sales figures and performance across the store and across Babies R Us, our secondary site, creating new initiatives to increase sales and promote employee development. I am responsible for customer experience and complaints handling.

I have been part of the Senior Leadership Team for 3 years, taking ownership of key business strategies across its People, Finance, Customer and Oppositions departments, and engaging teams of store managers to improve the regions performance across these 4 pillars. I was the regions Lead on Fuse learning. Duties involve engaging the Northwest region consultants and managers to complete vital virtual training and sharing best practice via the upload of videos made by that weeks top selling teams to align regional performance
