I'm not your typical window & door guy. With an English major, Industrial Arts minor, and a passion for building (both houses and businesses!), I took a unique path. From carpentry and historic restorations to seminary and entrepreneurship, all roads led me to my true calling: helping fellow window & door professionals achieve success.Over 25 years spent in the trenches as an operator and owner of window and door dealerships gave me a firsthand understanding of the industry's challenges. From sales to managing crews, I felt the pain of disorganized systems, overwhelmed teams, and the constant struggle for smooth operations.That's why I co-founded PATH WD, a software platform designed to tackle these challenges. My journey has instilled in me the importance of innovation, empathy for small businesses, and the power of building strong teams.As a leader, I leverage my diverse background to lead PATH WD with a unique perspective. This translates into software solutions that truly address the needs of window & door professionals, helping them streamline operations and achieve success.When I'm not leading the charge at PATH WD, you might find me out on a multi-day bicycle adventure down the coast of Florida with Bike the US for MS, or creating and recording music, or having an adventure with one or more of my 11 grandkids.
