Previously with Coffee Bags Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2020 I have gained a great grounding and insight into the small packaging packaging business. Travelling extensively over this period we have been widening our packaging ranges and also focusing on new avenues for packaging. Asia, Europe and the USA now influence product lines we offer.The development of Digital Technology in the printing space is having significant influence. It is challenging the more traditional and accepted reverse rotogravure / flexo print methods for high end art designed packaging. In my previous incarnations preceding The Packaging People i have had 20 years of Business Management and Business Development experience. I commenced my own Real Estate Business in 1996 . The Business won many awards within Australia's Largest Real Estate Franchise Group at the time including 'Real Estate Office Of the Year'. The Business was also awarded 'Local Business of the Year. I have built and developed hospitality venues including nightclubs The Attic , Pure Bar & Nightclub & The Orange Whip.Developed the Q-Lounge Wine Bar, co-owner and lead redevelopment at the Pakenahm Inn Hotel, The Grand Hotel Frankston and the Crown Hotel in Lilydale Victoria.I have vast management experience along with a development background: this background has lead also to Venue Operations and Management across these diversified Businesses with high numbers of staff.
