Managing registry and emergency preparedness software applications used by states and hospitals across the U.S. and Australia. Responsibilities include formulating product strategy, product roadmaps and creating user stories with clear descriptions, expected functionality, and acceptance criteria. The cross-functional role also allowed me to work with client services, sales, marketing, and IT services. The ability to work with internal stakeholders along with clients allowed me to create strategies and prioritize the roadmap in an ever changing healthcare and technical landscape.

As the supervisor I was responsible for overseeing a staff of 25 people. I helped each of these staff members develop a work plan and assisted them in meeting their objectives while providing feedback on their progress. I created customized education programs using reliable adult learning principles to optimize retention. I was also responsible for the procurement and oversight of grants.
