I have over 14 years experience working in stand alone HR generalist, and HR specialist (change and talent) roles. With significant senior level experience of both people and process leadership, I am a very pragmatic professional with strong commercial acumen and solid operational and HR experiences. Having led a number of strategic and value add projects, I have worked in and supported fast paced and change focussed environments, across retail, financial services and logistics.In my current capacity as Head of People, I am now leading a team of People Partners across the UK, to continue to deliver continuous improvement and ongoing strategic people value add outcomes to a variety of different commercial business units within the Customer Service Group.
