Accountable for overall Construction/Fiber Optic Splicing Management and Client Management for OSP Construction Company in South Alabama and North Florida, customer primary client is CenturyLink of South Alabama. Areas of expertise include Telephony Networks, OSP long haul construction/installation (Buried, Aerial, Directional Boring), CLEC new and over-builds, and extensive ILEC Project Management. Fiber buildouts are carried out to include fiber optic splicing/coordination from Central Office/Remote to said customer demark sites accordingly. Customer/Client Partners include but not limited to CenturyLink, PFNET, Southern Light, Lightcore, Sprint, AT&T, Alltel and Troy Cable, and Federal Military installations (Ft. Rucker, AL).Personally manage and responsible for over 30 company employees on average, and accountable to over 30 TeleCo employees (Maintenance and Engineering) at any one time with the CenturyLink network with over 70 TeleCo exchanges, which is the South Alabama CenturyLink routine contract. Perform collateral duties of an estimator/bid manager from 2009 to present for CenturyLink and private networks in South Alabama/North Florida.

Duties included but not limited to Engineering quality control, utility permit approvals for all KMC TeleCom Networks (New builds) in Northern and Central Florida Network Areas, and Montgomery Alabama for 13 months. Construction Supervisor for KMC Network Legacy Cities in Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, Pensacola, Florida, and Montgomery Alabama. New backbone/network construction, and customer lateral build outs applied. Fiber optic splicing coordination/testing also applied to said build outs. Responsible for all scheduling and coordination for Engineering, permitting, construction, make readies, splicing, materials, reports, invoicing.

Field technician repsonsible for all FDOT utility ROW permit request for an 8 County Area of Operation. Permit reviews included but not limited to TeleCom, CATV, Gas, Water, Sewer, Power, Vegetation, Commercial and residential driveways, and Interstate Signs.. Initial pre-approved field reivews applied, and required on site inspections applied on large projects. Extensive plans review for quality control applied per the MUTCD, FDOT Utility Accomodation Manual, and State Standard Index for Construction and Mantenance.
