• Generating senior stakeholder buy in to various O&G / FS initiatives.
• Identify and document Logica’s internal O&G / FS global capability.
• Create new on boarding processes tailored for the O&G / FS practice and gain management acceptance.
• Creation of O&G / FS SharePoint site to centrally store all documentation.

• Reporting directly to the Practice Lead, Craig managed the end to end process of external recruitment for the practice. Craig was responsible for meeting aggressive recruitment figures, managed to a competitive rate.
• Create and manage the recruitment process for Business Offerings Practice.
• Recruit upwards of 100 heads (£6.5 Million) into FS and O&G work streams.
• Negotiate contracts with 12 external Recruitment Agencies.

• Reporting directly to the graduate practice lead Craig was responsible for the development of on boarding processes, logistics planning and general practice improvements. Key Responsibilities Included:
• Created and managed the on-boarding process of 100 graduates.
