Current• Responsible for the auditing of personal lines auto and homeowners, commercial and special investigation cases handled in all 50 states • Duties included the review of adjuster claim handling involving the referral to counsel, litigation management, investigation, evaluation and negotiation of personal injury, auto damage and property claims • Provide feedback to claim managers, associate directors and directors regarding their unit’s claim and litigation handling through a quarterly calibration process• Perform targeted audits of defense counsel’s compliance to accepted legal standards • Trained experienced adjusters in the review, evaluation and presentation of complex injury cases at the company’s national training center
