CurrentAs Sales Specialist for Route Relievers Inc., I support Bimbo Bakeries USA Sales Team, at the store level, by assisting with independent routes to ensure product is delivered to the customer and inventories are accurate. With more than 20 years of sales, operations, business development, training and inventory management experience in the baking and service industry, my skill set helps Bimbo achieve their daily goals. I provide training and on-boarding to new Independent Operators (owners) on processes such as: hand held computers, ordering system, inventory control, daily paper work, customer service, selling techniques and how to build their business. I also mentor the Independent Operators on how to increasing profit margins by reducing their expenses through safe working procedures and driving skills (Smith System Driver Training).
