Lance and Craig have been fortunate enough to hunt this ranch the last two years and fell in love with the management strategy of the owner which is one of best wildlife managers in the business. When the opportunity presented itself for us to secure the ranch in its entirety we jumped on it, after much discussion we decided the best way for us to make this one of the truly legendary South Texas whitetail ranches was not to turn it into a deer lease at this point but to just offer limited hunts based on the late summer census and personal observations. At some point in the future we may offer full access to a select group of hunters as well and if we do people that have hunted with us in the past will have first priority at the spot(s). Our hunts will be three day two night hunts but can be customized to meet your needs, week days and weekend spots will be available. We have a 3000 sq ft "party barn" where all meals and deer lease festivities will be held. We will supply all food and beverages for your hunt. Family is welcome as long as we know in advance so we can prepare. We also have a 5 bedroom modern home next to the Barn where you can retire to grab a nap or get ready for your next days hunt. Both facilities have big screen TV, couches, recliners, satellite TV, refrigerators. We will limit the number of hunters to 2 max at any one time so we can make sure you have the best opportunity at success and personalized attention. We will be hunting in new elevated blinds, pop up ground blinds and high rack depending on deer movements at the time of your hunt. At this point we are only selling Trophy Hunts, there may be a possibility of Management Deer after our census in September. We will warn you there will be deer you will see that will be on a "Do Not Shoot" list in order to help the ranch maximize our deer's potential in the future.
