Craig is a co-founder of iMod Structures responsible for sales and marketing. iMod Structures designs, manufactures and delivers multi-story, steel frame buildings (intermodally) to customers located anywhere in the world. The buildings are earthquake and hurricane/typhoon proof and their moment frame design enables 40 feet of clear span without requiring any columns or structural walls. iMod Structures' buildings have been constructed in Guam, Chile and Haiti thus its tag line: "High Performance Buildings. Anywhere!"iMod Structures are "Future Proof". They are expandable or contractable vertically or horizontally. If desired (or required), they can be relocated. Their heavy steel frame ensures a 100+ year lifespan. They can be manufactured in high scale to address high scale needs.

RealConnected is an investor-centric process, project and document management tool use of which mitigates risks commonly associated with commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, use of RealConnected enables teams of people to more productively develop, acquire, finance, manage and sell commercial real estate.

Craig was AMB's sixth employee and first non-founding partner. Craig was a member of AMB's Investment Committee and was responsible for overseeing its Acquisition Department and its Information Technology Department which developed software that managed over 130 separate transactions totaling over $3 billion.

On-Line Properties resided at the intersection of student housing and technology prior to the advent of the Internet. It acquired and renovated rental student housing proximate to large universities and re-marketed them as condominiums to parents of students.

Craig acquired multi-family properties throughout the US with turn-around potential.
