• Multitask and troubleshoot daily PC hardware, software and network issues for 50+ users• Select, implement and administer Fortinet and Cisco firewalls• Research, obtain quotes, and make recommendations for software and hardware purchases• Work with Marketing Department to implement a new company website. Provide routine website maintenance, updates and create new pages as needed• Administer Cisco phone system using Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express• Maintain Cisco Catalyst switches for IP phone and network system• Create queries and program forms to manage information using Microsoft VBA• Supervise and coordinate technology vendors• Maintain daily backups using Symantec Backup Exec • Setup and maintain Blackberry, Android and Windows Mobile based smartphones• Keep an inventory of all computers and printers as well as map out all network jack locations• Install and administer and Forticlient Antivirus software• Provide on-call, remote support to users that are traveling on company business• Administer Windows 2003/2008 servers and all user accounts connected to them• Install, administer and troubleshoot multiple printers and fax machines throughout the company• Plan and coordinate IT portions of move to new location

• Provide multiple Payroll Associates with applicationand technical support for Pace Payroll System and webbased Instant Payroll System.• Assist Advantage CSR’s and Advantage externalclients with PC software and hardware issues.• Document system issues using Track/IT and HP ServiceCenter (Peregrine) software.• Setup IIS based search utility for departmentsupport documentation web site.• Manage user accounts on Outlook using MicrosoftExchange.

• Provide multiple healthcare facilities supportinterfacing LAB/MIC/BBK analyzers with MEDITECH ClientServer and MAGIC platforms.• Experience with MIS background jobs and backgroundjob clients.• Conduct online and in-house customer trainingsessions on dictionary setup and common analyzertroubleshooting techniques.• Mentor and train new employees.• Work with other vendors to quickly and efficientlysolve customer problems.• Knowledge of basic networking concepts.• Proficient in Microsoft office products.
