As a professional individual and graduate, I have a BA (Joint Hons) in History, Politics and International Relations; Professional Graduate Diploma in Education from Strathclyde University as well as practical work experience. I have obtained experience working for various companies during my studies where I have been able to develop and enhance my work experience. I have worked within a customer service focused environment where I have always sought to provide an excellent service in line with company standards and expectations. I possess strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills where I have been able to build relationships with colleagues while focusing on business outcomes. I have also operated within the charity sector where I have undertaken teaching across African countries as well as supporting charitable causes and events. Throughout my studies I have developed me broader experience including working on a volunteer basis at the Royal Air Force and British Army including at Sandhurst. I have undertaken further studies as well where I have a postgraduate diploma from Strathclyde University in Education as well as having obtained a gold and bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. I enjoy taking on new challenges and believe I excel when working as part of a team or individually to achieve defined objectives and goals.
