As an investment banking professional for most of his career, Mr. Walker retired from that industry in October 2020, and began the process of transition to a new industry which culminated with the launch of a Joint Chiropractic franchise. Mr. Walker utilized his management and finance skills to create and execute a multi unit Joint Chiropractic operation strategy with outstanding operational & rate of return metrics.

Mr. Walker brings over 25 years of investment banking experience structuring transactions for municipal and corporate clients.He has structured and closed various financing types including: lease revenue bonds, asset backed securitizations, tax increment financings, and innovative financing transactions isolating revenue streams. Since joining IFS in October 2012 to launch the public/corporate finance department within the firm, he has served as lead banker on transactions as sole/senior manager totaling over $150 million. Specializing in advising fiscally troubled cities, Mr Walker completed transactions totaling over $100 million for distressed municipal credits, providing them the liquidity needed to maintain operations of their respective cities. . In addition under Mr. Walker's leadership IFS served as co managing underwriter for the City of Atlanta 's new NFL Stadium financing and since 2012 has served as co-manager/selling group/distribution underwriter on transactions totaling $30 billion in par value. As lead banker Mr. Walker has worked on various structures which include general obligation, enterprise fund financings, charter schools, cash flow financings, and corporate debt. Since beginning his career in 1986 Mr. Walker has served as lead banker/underwriter on over $10 billion in debt and equity transactions in the capital markets for his clients. Clients have included City of New York, Chicago Transit Authority, City of Scranton PA, City of Compton CA, City of Selma AL, Portland Trailblazers, Amana Academy, Lambert Airport, American Water Inc., City of Chicago, State of Connecticut, Windstream Technologies, Commonwealth Edison, Western International Syndication, and Los Angeles County. Mr. Walker holds a Series 7 license and has a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois
