Selective Solutions delivered include: * New York City - Metro Plan (City Strategy) included consolidation of multiple sites and securing the top five floors in 10 Hudson Yards Tower (first tower in the development).* San Francisco Bay Area Strategy - Delivered a long term Metro Plan consisting of 1m sqft in multiple locations throughout the Bay Area setting the foundation to address an immediate-term business & property challenge. * Prague City Strategy - Delivered single-site solution Location Strategy, combining three major offices. Completed three-year Assignment, based in Paris, France to build the Regional Organization in Europe, Middle East & Africa 'EMEA', due to a global mandate for centralized facilities function. Led team and function for real estate and facilities operations for SAP North America. At the time the portfolio consisted of 1.5 million sqft of office space in 54 locations, including a 420k sqft owned headquarters building, and part of conceptual planning for another 220k sqft LEED Platinum expansion, now completed.
