Current- Lead development, implementation, direction and optimization of multi-channel campaign strategies across all products and services offered by the Authority. Recent campaign strategies resulted in strong growth in college savings interest as well as loan volume.- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the marketing department including direct supervision of two employees- Chief collaborator with Agency of Record, developing and executing on multi-channel marketing strategies- Partner with Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office to develop and deliver three pilot College Savings programs, including implementation of core operational program framework and strategy surrounding campaign communication efforts
