Pinpoint HRM is built on our passion for HR tech and a strong reputation for successful outcomes. Our projects range from advisory services to full HR cloud technology transformations.With a team of 70+ subject matter experts across the spectrum of HR technology platforms we assist with designing, implementing and optimising the tools, tactics and strategies used at each stage of the employment lifecycle, including HCM, payroll and workforce management. Having delivered over 650 cloud HR technology projects since 2004 across every industry and size of organisation (from 100 employees to 100,000), we know all too well the challenges evolving businesses face when executing their cloud HR technology strategy. My personal experience spans 25 years in the cloud HR technology industry, beginning on the vendor side with more than 3 years as General Manager for one of Australia’s first startup cloud HR tech vendors, Hire Road (formerly Acendre and before that NGA.net). My goal now is synthesising the extensive learnings gained from these many years into the way we deliver projects and outcomes for our clients, as well as sharing our experiences with partners and HR professionals via events, articles and industry research.My main mission? Taking the ‘aargh’ out of HR tech projects!
