I have been specialising in optimisation and implementation of HCMs since 2015. I also have a further six years experience in Learning & Development and the Digital space across various roles. My skills and experience include defining business requirements, process development and design, selection and implementation of HCM’s across Governments, enterprise and SME organisations.I have strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, I'm extremely client focused and have a comprehensive understanding of implementation requirements to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS systems.In my spare time, I like travelling and exploring new places and cultures, learning new things, watching movies and spending time with my family and friends.
