I have over sixteen years of experience with PwC, both in the US and UK, and am a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland).My experience includes leading and managing external audits (and other assurance engagements) across fintechs and retail and commercial banks (as well as other clients within the financial services sector).I have successfully led large teams, developed strong knowledge of internal control (including SOX) and technical accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS (specializing in the accounting requirements relevant to fintechs and banks (including ASC 310 Receivables, ASC 326 Financial Instruments - Credit Losses, and ASC 860 Transfers and Servicing)) and demonstrated my ability to deliver multiple engagements within tight deadlines and communicate with senior executives.
