I am an Information Technology business executive with over thirty years of deep expertise in Digital Transformation.Over my career I have been blessed to work for some great companies (Unisys, Lockheed Martin, OpenText, IBM, Kyndryl, and now TotalTek).I have helped dozens of DoD, State and Local Government agencies, and over 50 of the Fortune 2000 Corporations reinvent core business processes, migrating away from labor intensive, error prone, paper based processes.I love working with my clients to understand and clarify their business problems, and help craft best-of-class solutions tailored to meet their needs.Last year I helped a mid-size public university convert 150 years of paper-based student records to a state-of-the-art, cloud based digital archive. This initiative keeps the records safe from fire, or flood in perpetuity, while simultaneously making it fast and easy to retrieve records. I have helped, "The Largest Beverage Manufacturer", optimize their accounts payable processes, using AI-based image capture, and rules-based workflow automation technologies, integrated with SAP. This initiative helps the giant manufacturer pay invoices properly and promptly with minimal labor, and full auditability.I helped a State Safety Office digitize twenty years of traffic incident reports, making it easy to spot patterns in the mountains of information. Using this information state DOTs can focus road repair money to address unsafe conditions and save lives!I helped a large third-party health insurance claims processor implement automated workflow to review and pay many thousands of insurance claims every day.There are just a few examples of the 100's of projects I have been involved in over the years.I am a salesman, an optimistic leader, a passionate entrepreneur, and an inventor.
