My responsibilities while at Amethyst LearnDirect were:* Greet clients at reception and escort them to learning rooms.* Speak to customers on the telephone to make bookings for courses/answer queries.* Use a computer system to record customer information and manage bookings.* Complete paperwork to register learners and maintaining accurate files/records.* Grade learners work to assess level of learning required.* Work with learners to deliver ICT learning.* Helping learners to create email addresses, cover letters and CV’s.* Supporting learners on a one on one basis.* Internally verifying learners work to an audit standard.* All general Administrative duties.
