I have over a year of experience as a Software Test Engineer, specializing in both manual and automated testing. My expertise is centered on testing web-based eCommerce platforms across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. As part of a QA team, I played a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the application, particularly in business-critical areas like online payments. I contributed significantly to preventing defects in these key areas. Post-release, I was responsible for creating automated tests based on the manual tests conducted prior to release to track product regression. When issues arose, I produced detailed defect reports and performed necessary debugging.

Before this, I have 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Starting by resolving customer queries I soon progressed to liaising with high value customers, taking their requirements to build custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as lighting app builder, object creator, flow builder, and creating custom fields. In this role I partook in administration tasks such as setting up custom hierarchies, sharing rules based on logic and custom permission sets and profiles to ensure customers databases are secure.

During my MSC Computer science course at the University of Hertfordshire, I gained many tangible skills. I can design and implement relational database management systems, producing queries the SQL programming language. I have created local and wide area networks simulators within the Cisco packet Tracer Software. I have manipulated shell functions within the Linux operating system to perform system functions such as removing temporary files. I became fluent in Python, Java and Kotlin programming languages creating software to deliver on set requirements. I have built a mobile application within the React Native language that allowed users to track and control their digital footprint. I employed the agile software development life cycle to create requirements, design, develop and test, producing a functioning prototype.
