Directed the preparation of financial reports for summarizing and forecasting the organization’s financial position. Developed financial plans and policies. Managed the staff of purchasing, accounting and grant compliance. Developed strategies and implemented the long-range goals of the organization. Project manager for the selection of a new fund accounting system.

CATG (www.catg.org) is a tribal government consortium in the northeast interior of Alaska. It administers programs in health care, education, and natural resource management. Managed all accounting processes and staff, federal and state grants, budgeting, and the annual public audit. Responsible for maintenance and support of the remote wide-area satellite-based network. Negotiated with federal agencies to construct a new regional Community Health Center and air transportation system.

Kalco LLC, aka Kalco Recovery Inc. was a nationwide service provider to the telecom industry - primarily the Baby Bells. Administrator for accounting, finance, IT, and strategic planning. Enhanced administrative efficiency through process redesign to cut overhead costs. Updated the technology base to reduce expenses and increase communication (intranet, Internet, and telephony).
