I am a Chartered Forensic Practitioner in collision investigation, and Technical Lead at TRL I specialise in the reconstruction of road collisions and providing expert witness evidence. I am a LEVA Certified Forensic Video Technician (CFVT). I am a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI) where I am certified as an automotive trainer (CAT) and advanced automotive engineer (AAE). I am also a Chartered member of The Chartered Society of Forensic Science (MCSFS ChFP) and am a competency assessor for them undertaking assessments for organisations working towards ISO 17020.My previous research research involved the role of machine learning and “Big Data” in reducing road collisions and road enabled criminality. The project employed qualitative methods and UX research techniques including contextual inquiry and interviews to consider human-computer interaction, trust and technology acceptance.I hold a MSc degree from Liverpool Hope University and have 15-years of law enforcement experience. I have investigated a range of incidents including the forensic investigation of road death and hold a Certificate of Higher Education in forensic road collision investigation. I have worked with public, private and third sector organisations. Also, I have taught and lectured to all levels of undergraduate students.
