This resulted in the Group experiencing 25%-30% compound annual revenue growth from 2008 to 2012 and an overall order book value of circa $600 million (USD) work of sourcing business.Prior to this role I took overall responsibility for the African business where the foundations for this growth were established.

Conceptualised the design for a Group wide Global Multi-Sourcing business model. Initiated the design and deployment of the model into North America and engaged the North American market to drive the Multi-Sourcing propositions to leverage the Dimension Data global practices to the advantage of the Group. This resulted in South Africa deploying the first ever major Contact Center Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offshore model, effectively placing South Africa on the map for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Offshore solutions.
