Reporting to the Manager, Research Assessment and Metrics, I was recruited to this position for my proficiency in handling data as well as various software packages and information management systems. 2007-2010 - After successfully completing the V4 - V5 upgrade in 2006, I was tasked with the initiative of combining all our Australian SDA Church administrative offices onto the one finance system - 11 sites, approximately 50 legal entities, over 100 users. This project completed end of 2010.2011 - Upgraded the combined system to it's latest version to take advantage of newer features.2012 - Consolidated all the project work and helped the development team integrate and automate external software systems feeding financial information into Sun - Donations, Expense Management and Purchase Orders.2013-2014 - Worked with Trans Pacific and New Zealand Regional Head offices to assist with AASI internal SDA Church accounting package.2015 - Consolidate and assess all Finance projects. For 3 years I worked in the treasury department of the South Pacific Head Office administering, providing training and support for the finance system of the South Pacific Head Office and its supporting entities within the building - ACA Health and ADRA. In addition, took responsibility for monthly accounting tasks, managing the Asset Registers and Multi-Currency. Also in that time undertook projects to restructure the chart of accounts for one entity, implement a new entity, upgrade the SunSystems ERP installation from V4 to V5, help facilitate a V5 implementation for the PNG Regional Head Office.
